SUBJECT-SPECIFIC FACILITIES Our aviation students have access to our brand new Aviation and Tourism Suite, offering exciting simulation facilities including a state-of-the-art mock plane cabin. Our facilities also include check-in and security areas and access to our Galileo GDS system for training students. GRADUATE CAREERS Completing this course will open the doors for you to enter a wide variety of areas in the aviation industry, from working for international airlines and airports to aviation agencies and international cargo organisations. Our course gives you the chance to visit UK and international airports, meeting various industry experts to gain a unique insight into how major airports have developed ‘smarter’ and more sustainable operations, with the essential costs of your trip covered by the University. Previous students have visited the likes of Dubai, Istanbul, Budapest, Finland, Berlin and Amsterdam WORK PLACEMENT You will put your project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills to the test by working on simulated and real aviation projects, while you will also have the chance to gain further real-world experience through part-time work opportunities or undertaking a 48-week placement SPECIALISE YOUR STUDIES This course offers a wide range of optional modules, helping you broaden your expertise to cover the dynamic environment of the aviation industry.
