UCBLOGGERS Our UCBloggers give you a glimpse into their world, whether it’s sharing hints and tips on settling in to university, explaining how to cope when you’re tearing your hair out at revision time, showcasing their personal hidden gems in Birmingham, celebrating a sporting victory or talking about Wildlife Wednesday or World Vegan Day. We also have designated international UCBloggers, who focus on some of the opportunities and challenges if you are coming to join us from overseas. This might be sharing their experiences back home in the holidays or even their favourite dishes. You could also become a UCBlogger yourself. At the start of each academic year, we invite a new generation of creative minds to contribute to the popular student blogging platform and create great content, including photos and videos. It’s a great selling point on your CV and a way to test your digital skills, and you get paid too.

UCBCONNECT Once you’ve been made an offer to study with us, you will be invited to join UCBconnect, a messaging platform that allows you to connect with those on your course or in halls before you arrive. You can ask each other questions, share any worries or what you are excited about, and keep up with any announcements. Just another way we strive to make the transition to university as easy as possible!
